Unexpected laundry room challenge

The friendly staff and spacious twin room exceeded our expectations. Convenient access to public transport made exploring Kyoto a breeze, enhancing our experience.

However, the laundry facilities were frustratingly inadequate. With only two washing machines and dryers, we struggled to get our laundry done late at night, which left us dissatisfied.

Just spent 6 nights in a clean, comfy twin room. Love the location near the bus stop and train station. Wi-Fi was spotty, which was annoying, but overall, great value for the price!

All good, fulfills its purpose. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The staff had great attention to detail, making requests easy to handle.

I stayed in a Twin Room for 10 nights and it was super comfy! The layout was really well thought out, and that shower? Amazing. Even though the hotel was on a busy intersection, we had no trouble sleeping on the eighth floor. The walls were soundproof, which was a big plus. Plus, we loved that it was close to tons of dining options!

onefive kyoto shijo had a great location, just a short walk from bus and subway stops. the queen room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were a nice touch, especially the humidifier which helped combat the dry air from the ac. the staff was friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better.

The rooms were spotless and came fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, the fact that our dog was welcome made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of Onefive Kyoto Shijo made getting around Kyoto easy. It's right in front of a subway line and bus stop. The twin room was spacious, perfect for our needs, and the shower had amazing pressure. Despite being near a busy intersection, I slept soundly on the eighth floor without any disturbance. The room had a cozy vibe. I appreciated that the hotel offered an electric kettle for making hot drinks. However, the lack of a smart TV was a letdown. had to use my mobile phone for entertainment. The bathroom could have used some heating since it felt cold during my visit. Even the room temperature was chilly at times. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with some minor issues that can definitely be improved.
